  Awful. Had to wait at drive through for over 5 mins with no one talking at the speakers. Cold chips, didn't have any frozen raspberry. Worst service I've ever had at Maccas.

  fairly decent food but can get busy and dirty sometimes. ther is often a wait fpr food and drive thru orders usually have priority over counter orders. the coffee is usually good and most of the time staff are very friendly. very small confined childrens play area. outdoor seating feels like you are sitting in a cage. some tv's in the dining are but are usually on mute.

  This is by far the worst Maccas in Newcastle. Coffee always tasts bunt, like it is filted through an ash tray. If you use the drive thru, check your order. Stuff is allways missing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Edgeworth and Warners Bay Maccas seem fine. This has happened to me more than once or twice. I will never return.

  Ordered Beef cheese and truffle burger fries and many more things. Burger is only supposed to have spinach leaves but they decided that they would also add other lettuce aswell - not broken up the lettuce was hanging over the side and the burger was falling apart - disgusting!!!. The fries were stone cold so returned to the counter and given another batch - still cold although they had been sitting in the basket above the fryer. They neglected to bring us two items that were ordered and had to return to the counter once again. Girls behind the counter in the cafe area were continuously just standing there talking both times. Never return to the Glendale premises again - should have gone to Warners Bay as usual
