  Dispensary staff are atrocious. The pharmacy assistant especially seems to get flustered with me asking him to say left/right instead of saying "it's over there/where I'm pointing". In case you missed my guide dog I'm blind and can't see where you are pointing. I also don't appreciate being grabbed and directed like an object because you can't deal with a simple concept of saying left/right. I also don't appreciate you ignoring my repeated attempts to tell you to say left/right and instead assume what you think I might need whilst I am actually telling you what I need which is to say left/right instead of pointing. And it was insulting when you told me that you couldn't direct me to a product because it was "really complicated" and you'd better get it for me. What would have been less complicated was to show me where it was, like I asked and as you walk say left/right/straight...like I suggested. I want to know where stuff is so I can find it without having to deal with dispensary staff. No one on the floor asks me if I need help so my only option is to put myself through the above horrible experience.

  Bloody rude gives me a lecture tells me they arent making my pain relief anymore and they dont stock it, cant see how seeming Im allergic to other types. basically was treated like a drug addict because i was in my renovation clothes .. wow sorry I work.. Dont go there if you want the redhead to treat you like a druggie

  The girls who work the beauty section are awesome and helpful. The dispensary staff are a bit cold.

  i waited 40mins for a subscription and then they tell me they don't have it in stock, every time i go there something is wrong and they try to push push there brand medication. definitely will never go back. decided to try priceline stocklands and wow so much quicker, easier and friendly then chemistworks

  I have only been here once and I will never ever go back the pharmacist was very rude
