  Went in this morning to Sign up for a new iPad mini for work, Was served by Jordan-B a customer Advisor, he was knowledgable, friendly and professional. Gave me great advice and recommendations on plans that would suit my needs. Will definitely be recommending friends to this store. Walked out with the product all signed up and ready to go.

  Been waiting 2 weeks for a 48 hour pŕomised upgrade from lower nbn plan to higher nbn plan !!what a joke --shouĺd have stayed with the indians at the call center ...next time idiots press submit and get some retraining ..dont bother here ..the india call center is a modiscule better. ..ps still no upgrade ..at least they havent billed me for there empty promises .....and forgot to mention the countless phone calls and waste òf my time

  Staff are All amazing! Great work attitude, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they seem to enjoy their job singing and dancing, great value. Totally recommend.
