    We booked a European river cruise through your office after 24 hours on the plane we arrived at the motel to be told that the travel agent had booked the wrong date the 22nd and should have been the 23rd and there was no room for us after a long time they found a room but told us we would have to pay for the room as the agent had made the mistake i then rang your agent and she tried to make excuses and didnt want to even help us after many phone calls to your office they assured me that it would be fixed asap then i got a call from your manager telling me that it was all fixed and it wouldnt cost us anything i then went to check out and the hotel told me that it wasn't solved and I was responsible for the account they told me that you had sent them a emai saying you wouldn't be paying the room cost and they would have to get the payment from us they then gave me a copy of the email witch proved that you had refused to fix this problem i know people can make mistakes but admit it and fix it up this shotld have been done straight away in stead you made the first day of our holiday a night mare this is terrible costomer service not the way to treat your costomers i would have booked more holidays with you but not after this im totallly disappointed. HOPING THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED AS SOON AS YOU ARE BACK IN THE OFFICE ON TUESDAY.
